In my mind Nationals are for seeing and sharing. Seeing what the other breeders are producing and
sharing what you have with them, not so much about winning. But man is winning fun!
Bokate' Modus Operandi (co-owned by Rae & owned by Debbie Holmes)
1st from the BBE class full of awesome dogs,
then on to
WINNERS DOG!
For a breeder I just can not describe the feeling when you see the judge point his finger at YOUR dog!
But the funs not over!
Fancee, Ch Siena's Fancy Talk N Woman took her veterans class and then went on to Best Brood Bitch
class.
Am Can Ch Jonbrecy's Above the Law took his Stud Dog class over some very nice producers!
On a dare I entered Buzz. Bokate' Full Throttle in Rally
with a total of maybe 10 training sessions he managed to Q for his first Rally novice leg. This is going to
be a FUN dog to trial! Watch for him in a ring near you!
Xandir consistantly placed in the BBE class in COTDC speciality following the National, with a third and
second, these were huge classes with lots of nice boys!

Buddy got a major reserve, close but not quite what he needed!
OOPS missed some very important wins!
Grandkid Shyanne & Cuba took some very nice wins all three days in some pretty large classes. This was
Shyanne's first time in the Jrs ring, and Cuba's first time back in a LONG time. I think these two are going
to have lots of fun together!
After the shows we packed up the dogs and took off for the beach in Galveston, three days of fun in the
water!
Come see the fun!
Finishing up the month of July in Longview, were it was cool.
Cool too, was the fact the Donovan became CH Bayshore Avatar Mellow Yellow. Finishing by going WD,
BOW, AND BOB of a very nice top ranked special.
Donovan finished with 4 majors! Now, while he waits to grow up a bit more he can train for some titles,
possibly this fall! And he'll visit the UKC & INT shows.
September found the crew in Monroe, La. one of our favorite shows.
Bink came out of her sabbatical to garner her first major, and her son Kennedy, took his first MAJOR at
just 6 months old!
Next off to Atlanta with Xandir taking a pre specials tour, then to S.C., Devon, and Montgomery .
With a few publishing deadlines I stayed pretty close to home while Raechel did the traveling.
Xinder and Raechel went back east so the Crested people could see the puppy that took WD at the
nationals. It was tough compition with the top dogs entered. He came home with one BOB, and very
favorable comments.
Back home again just in time for Tyler KC in Conton Tx, Xindir took another BOB and baby Rush major
reserve his first time in the ring.
Denton, TX UKC show was pretty fun. We came home with two new Champions!

First saturday in the month was at the Caddo KC of TX A match. Soon Caddo kc will be having a real show! It was
pleasant weather in the AM for conformation but turned off HOT and the ants came out by the time obedience

Einstein qualified, for him that was beyond awesome!
And on the way home we stopped by the lake and Rae and Jasper did several very good searches!
We finished up our show year in Waco.
Stevie known to some as Bokate' Tell Me Lies walked in the ring acting like she really knew what she was doing. This girl is ALL about games and fun. She took a RWB the first day and WB the next for her first points. Way to go little girl! Lu, Denise Perrine's lovely Aussie looked out of this world and showed like we were hoping she could before the new year and her real show career.
Rae also put points on a Lab, Pug, and went BOB on an afghan and greyhound while helping out the Ayala's.
And Kennedy, Christie's BC Bokate' Perfecting Chemistry took WD & BOW both days for two points each day. Bringing his total to 8 pts with a major.
The flu (or some similar bug) managed to come to Waco with me, so to say the least Preston & my turn in the rally ring........ well lets just say it was not either of our best performance. We did manage to get our lowest score yet. I learned not to even try when you feel like death warmed over! So next year maybe. Students Chrys & Julz and Denise & Gunner got very good scores in Rally Novice both days, I was proud. Both these teams are going to be very competitive in the future!
While Rae is doing some other shows in Mississippi and Fl. the dog's and I will be staying home until Jan. Where we'll bring out the new string for '08. Look for us if you are at the shows. Client dogs will include, Lu the Aussie will be back along with her new kennel mate. We have one possibly two nice sheltie girls awaiting their time, Windy and Jamie. Kilo & Rush will be out by Jan, as will Beep and Kokomo. Cristie will be working on Kennedy's last points, and with luck Xinder and Dono will be out in the specials ring. And we'll be working on UKC and INT ch on a few more dogs this year. In the performance ring we'll be working on a few new dogs in Rally, and finishing up some others. Preston might be out sometime in open, or maybe not. But either way we will being having lots of fun in the coming year. And of course Cuba and Shyanne will be back in the JRs. ring!
