Bokate's first AKC Border Collie Champion, she came to be on Mother's Day at the
Denton dog show. I will never receive a more delightful gift!

She was a spoiled baby, even though she learned all the right stuff, puppy agility, puppy
kindergarten, herding, she has pretty much a mind of her own. She does things for you
only because she wants to not because you ask her, or tell her, or demand. Lucky for us
she almost always wants too.

Oh, that face, it has saved her skin more than a few times. She knows all she has to do
is give me that look, and I turn to butter and melt. It is a good thing I don't use correction
in training or we'd be no where!

Rawlie went to the BCSA Nationals at just over 8 months, took 3rd in sweeps, and
second in the classes. Then went over to the herding arena and got her HIC. Then came
home and blew her *puppy bloom*. She came back out to finish her Championship at
our home show with her family and friends as a cheering section.

She spent a few weeks filling in for another BC in a friends obedience class, missed two
coming in heat then went on to take her first leg in Rally while taking Raechel our
resident non performance person through the Rally course. Look for her in Rally and
obedience this next spring or summer after recovering from the kids!.
