| Our reason for breeding is to produce outstanding specimens of the breed. Ones that take everyone's breath away with beauty and breed quality as well as outstanding personality, personality, and attitude. The *perfect* dog! But in every litter some puppies are beautiful, loving, and every bit the breed they are, but just not the dog we envisioned. These puppies we share with special families that need some sunshine in their lives, these puppies were sent from heaven to become someone's CHAMPION COUCH POTATOES (ChCP) and possibly performance dogs. Companion puppies have the same life time genetic guarantee that the show puppies have, all have received the same love, training, and socialization, health testing and medical care. We ask in return just a few things from new owners, first LOVE, training, Christmas cards with pictures of the canine family member, and the understanding that we are there to help for the life of the dog, and we hope it will be a long relationship. |
| We do not place show prospects lightly. When we place a dog to be shown we expect them to finished. Because of this we do not normally sell prospect before an age that we can feel certain of lasting quality. Show prospect are sold on contractual responsibility on both the new owner and us as the breeder. We stand behind our dogs, and expect the new owner to do the same. Rarely do we sell puppies or dogs simply as breeding stock. We feel in MOST breeds, and MOST cases, if you can't finish the dog you should reconsider breeding it. And needless to say this includes basic genetic tests. We do not breed *just for pets* please do not ask us to provide you with breeding stock to do so. |
